- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-12 cup bundt pan.
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl until smooth.
Fold in 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the bundt pan. Sprinkle remaining chips on top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness.

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
You’ll need:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
Mix the cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl.
Add eggs, oil, and water. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.
Increase to medium speed and beat for 4 minutes.
Stir in poppy seeds and lemon zest.
Pour the batter into your prepared Bundt pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
Once cooled, drizzle with a simple lemon glaze if you like.
Red Velvet Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp white vinegar

You’ll need:

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the topping:
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the sour cream and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Baking spray with flour
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the cake mix, apple cider, applesauce, and eggs in a large bowl.
Add cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla to the batter. Stir well.
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes on the center rack.
Let the cake cool in the pan for at least an hour.
Gently remove the cake from the pan.

Chocolate Turtle Cake
You’ll need:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
To make the cake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, caramel topping, and eggs in a bowl. Beat for 2 minutes.
Stir in pecans. Pour batter into the pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack.
Once cool, drizzle with extra caramel and sprinkle with more pecans.

Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
Mix cake mix, milk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Repeat layers twice more, ending with cinnamon-sugar.
Use a knife to swirl the batter gently.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
Drizzle with melted butter while still warm.
Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
Strawberry Pound Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Alternate adding the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture. Stir in vanilla.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Kentucky Bourbon Butter Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup bundt pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Combine bourbon, buttermilk, and vanilla in another bowl.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and bourbon mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Blood Orange & Olive Oil Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 blood orange
- 1/4 cup blood orange juice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk sugar, olive oil, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and orange zest.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Fold in blood orange juice.
Pour batter into the bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Ingredients:

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture. Stir in ginger and white chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Coconut Fudge Cake
You’ll need:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut extract
For the filling:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Mix sugar, oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Beat for 1 minute. Add flour, coconut, baking powder, and extracts. Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Pour half the batter in. Make a ring with the chocolate chips and nuts. Add the rest of the batter on top.
Bake at 350°F for 70-75 minutes. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
Your coconut fudge cake is ready to enjoy!
Peanut Butter Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Beat the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Cherry Chocolate Marble Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- Red food coloring
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherry juice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, and water in a large bowl for 1 minute.
Add red food coloring to make the batter pink. Beat for 2 more minutes.
Pour half the batter into another bowl. Add melted chocolate and mix well.
Pour half the pink batter into the bundt pan. Add the chocolate batter, then top with remaining pink batter.
Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
Brush with cherry juice while still warm for extra flavor.
Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot coffee
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs and add milk, oil, and vanilla.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add hot coffee and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.

Raspberry Lemonade Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons flour
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan.
Mix cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, lemon juice, and zest in a large bowl.
Toss raspberries with flour in a separate bowl.
Pour half the batter into the pan. Add half the raspberries.
Add remaining batter and top with leftover raspberries.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
Optional: Drizzle with lemon glaze once cooled.
Orange Buttermilk Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, rub orange zest into sugar with your fingertips.
Cream butter and orange sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup passionfruit juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, eggs, passionfruit juice, and vanilla.

Pumpkin Gingerbread Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup molasses
- 15 oz canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, blend brown sugar, molasses, pumpkin puree, and butter.
Add eggs to the wet mixture and mix well.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into your greased Bundt pan.
Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
Mini Egg Bundt Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate eggs, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini bundt pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture. Fold in chopped chocolate eggs.
Fill each mini bundt cavity 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Chocolate Almond Marbled Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan well.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Slowly mix in flour mixture and milk.
Split batter in half. Add cocoa to one half, almonds to the other.

Ingredients:
- 1 box carrot cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl until smooth.
Fold in grated carrots, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
