Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:
Preheat your waffle iron.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks, milk, oil, and vanilla.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 glasses or mason jars
Instructions:
Grab your glasses or jars. Put 1/4 cup of yogurt in each one.
Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt. Use about 2 tablespoons per glass.
Toss in a handful of mixed berries.
Repeat these layers one more time.
Drizzle some honey on top.
Serve right away or chill in the fridge for later.

You’ll need:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats

You’ll need:
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
Drizzle honey over the yogurt.
Chop the nuts and sprinkle them on top.
Add a dash of cinnamon if you like.

Chilaquiles
You’ll need:
• 8 corn tortillas, cut into triangles
• 2 cups red or green salsa
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
Fry tortilla triangles until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Warm salsa in a skillet. Add crispy tortillas and toss to coat.
Make 4 wells in the tortilla mixture. Crack an egg into each.
Cover and cook until egg whites are set but yolks are still runny.
Top with queso fresco, cilantro, and onion. Serve hot and enjoy!
