Peanut Butter-Stuffed French Toast
Ingredients:
- 8 slices bread
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt
- Butter for cooking
Instructions:
Spread peanut butter on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining slices to make sandwiches.
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow dish.

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Add butter to coat.

Stollen Spirals
Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup candied citrus peel
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth.
Let dough rise for 1 hour.
Roll out dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle with raisins, citrus peel, and almonds.
Roll up tightly and slice into spirals.
Place spirals on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon
You’ll need:
- 4 English muffins
- 8 eggs
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:
Toast the English muffins and set aside.
Fill a pan with water and bring to a gentle simmer. Crack eggs into small bowls, then slide them into the water. Cook for 3-4 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny.
For the hollandaise sauce, melt butter in the microwave. In a blender, mix egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Slowly add melted butter while blending until sauce thickens.
Place smoked salmon on each muffin half. Top with a poached egg and drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
Garnish with fresh dill if desired. Enjoy your fancy brunch!
Chocolate & Banana French Toast
You’ll need:
- 4 slices bread
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
Mash 1 banana in a bowl. Mix in eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip bread slices in the mixture.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Cook bread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on two slices. Top with remaining slices.
Slice the other banana. Add to the pan and cook briefly.
Serve your French toast with the cooked banana slices on top.
Cured Salmon Bagel Board
You’ll need:
- Bagels (plain or everything)
- Smoked or cured salmon
- Cream cheese
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Capers
- Fresh dill
- Lemon wedges
- Cucumber slices
- Tomato slices
Instructions:
Slice bagels in half and arrange on a large board or platter.
Place salmon slices in the center of the board.
Put cream cheese in a small bowl on the board.
Add small bowls of capers and sliced red onions.
Arrange cucumber and tomato slices around the board.
Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon.
Add lemon wedges for squeezing.
Let your guests build their own bagel sandwiches!
Breakfast Casserole
You’ll need:
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 pound cooked sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
Add cheese, bread cubes, sausage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into the prepared dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Croissant Mincemeat Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 croissants
- 1 cup mincemeat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Cut croissants in half lengthwise.
Spread butter on the inside of each croissant half.
Warm mincemeat in a small pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Spoon warm mincemeat onto the bottom half of each croissant.
Place the top half of the croissant on the mincemeat.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Serve warm and enjoy your festive treat!
Rudolph Pancakes
Ingredients:
- Pancake mix
- Milk
- Eggs
- Chocolate chips
- Red candy melts
- Bacon strips
- Whipped cream
Instructions:
Mix pancake batter according to package directions.
Cook one large pancake for the face and two small ones for ears.
Place the large pancake on a plate. Add the small ones above for ears.
Use chocolate chips for eyes and a red candy melt for the nose.
Cook bacon strips and shape them into antlers.
Add a dollop of whipped cream for a fluffy tail.
Serve your Rudolph pancakes warm and enjoy!
Chocolate Orange Waffles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions:
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Preheat your waffle iron and grease it lightly.
Pour batter onto the waffle iron and cook until crisp.
Serve warm with whipped cream and orange slices.
Christmas Morning Spiced Bread
Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and spices in a large bowl.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Add raisins and pecans.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased 9×5 inch pan.
Let rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
Slice and serve warm with butter or your favorite spread.
Avocado & Black Bean Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: salsa for topping
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking.
While eggs cook, warm black beans in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Place cooked eggs on a plate and add warm black beans beside them.
Top with sliced avocado and season with salt and pepper.
If desired, add a spoonful of salsa on top.
Enjoy your protein-packed, festive Christmas brunch!
Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters.
Toss roll pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mix. Place half in the pan.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour half over the dough.
Add remaining dough. Pour the rest of the butter mixture on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Turn out onto a plate and drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans.
Gingerbread Belgian Waffles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your Belgian waffle maker.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add buttermilk, molasses, and melted butter to the egg mixture.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
Pour batter into your waffle maker and cook until crispy.
Serve hot with maple syrup and maybe some whipped cream!
Tiramisu-Stuffed French Toast
Ingredients:
- 8 thick slices challah bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Butter for cooking
Instructions:
Mix eggs, cream, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and coffee powder in a dish.
Blend mascarpone and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Cut a pocket in each bread slice and stuff with mascarpone mixture.
Dip stuffed bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook French toast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Sheet Pan Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 breakfast sausage patties
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Arrange biscuits on the sheet pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Scramble in the same skillet until just set.
Remove biscuits from oven. Split each in half.
Top bottom halves with sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
Spread honey mustard on top halves and place on sandwiches.
Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
Let cool slightly before serving.
To freeze, wrap each sandwich in foil and store in freezer bags.
Gingerbread Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
In another bowl, whisk together molasses, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
Spoon the batter into the muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Prosciutto, Egg, And Spinach Strata
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups bread cubes
- 4 oz prosciutto, chopped
- 1 apple, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 oz Brie cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add bread, prosciutto, apple, spinach, Brie, and 1/2 cup cheddar. Mix well.
Pour into greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove strata from fridge while oven heats.
Bake until golden and set, about 45-50 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious strata!
Maple Sausage Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Mix ground pork, maple syrup, salt, pepper, sage, and thyme in a bowl.
Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade maple sausage patties!
Sweet Potato Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, egg yolks, milk, melted butter, and sugar.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold into batter.
Preheat your waffle iron.
Pour batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Country Brunch Skillet
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 eggs
Instructions:
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add potatoes, green pepper, and onion to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned and tender.
Make 6 wells in the potato mixture. Crack an egg into each well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes until eggs are set.
Sprinkle with bacon and serve hot.
Cranberry-Walnut Belgian Waffles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla in another bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry, stirring until just combined.
Fold in walnuts and cranberries.
Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Preheat your Belgian waffle maker.
Pour batter onto hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

Candied Bacon
You’ll need:
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Mix brown sugar, pepper, and cayenne in a shallow bowl.
Coat each bacon slice in the sugar mixture.
Arrange bacon on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Homemade Granola
You’ll need:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix oats, nuts, and coconut in a large bowl.
Warm maple syrup, coconut oil, and spices in a small pan.
Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and stir well.
Spread mixture on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Let cool completely, then add dried fruit.
Store in an airtight container.
Roasted Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Spread shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 8-10 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Let the shrimp cool while you make the sauce.
Mix chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Serve the cooled shrimp with the sauce for dipping.
Poinsettia Cocktail
You’ll need:
- Champagne or Prosecco
- Cranberry juice
- Triple sec
- Fresh cranberries
- Rosemary sprig (optional)
Instructions:
Put 3-4 fresh cranberries in a champagne flute.
Add 1 ounce of triple sec.
Pour in 1 ounce of cranberry juice.
Top with chilled champagne or prosecco.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig if you like.

Christmas Donuts
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- Food coloring (red and green)
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased donut pan.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze.
Divide glaze and add food coloring.
Dip donuts in glaze and add sprinkles.
Let set before serving.
