Instructions:


  1. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy.



  2. Heat milk and cream in a saucepan until steaming.



  3. Slowly pour hot milk into egg mixture, whisking constantly.



  4. Return mixture to saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.



  5. Remove from heat and stir in rum, vanilla, and nutmeg.



  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.



  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.


Mulled Wine

You’ll need:

  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 2 star anise
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)

Instructions:


  1. Pour wine, cider, honey, orange zest, and juice into a pot.



  2. Add cinnamon, cloves, and star anise.



  3. Heat on medium-high until it simmers. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.



  4. Stir in brandy if using.



  5. Strain and serve warm in mugs.

Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz whiskey
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon slice

Instructions:


  1. Pour whiskey, honey, and lemon juice into a mug.



  2. Add hot water and stir until honey dissolves.



  3. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon slice.

Peppermint Martini

You’ll need:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream

Instructions:

Ingredients:

Instructions:


  1. Mix cranberry, pineapple, and orange juices in a large punch bowl.

You’ll need:

• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 can cream of coconut
• 1 cup white rum
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.



  2. Pour into bottles and chill for at least 2 hours.

  2. Add sloe gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup
  3. Shake for 30 seconds

Christmas Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Soda water
  • Cranberries and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:


  1. In a glass, muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice.



  2. Add rum and coconut cream. Stir well.

  1. Rim your glass with salt if desired.



  2. Fill a shaker with ice.



  3. Add tequila, cranberry juice, lime juice, and triple sec to the shaker.



  4. Shake well for about 30 seconds.



  5. Strain into your prepared glass filled with ice.



  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and cranberries if you like.

Kir Royale

You’ll need:
• 1/2 oz crème de cassis
• 4 oz chilled champagne
• Optional: Fresh raspberry for garnish

How to make it:


  1. Pour the crème de cassis into a champagne flute.



  2. Slowly add the chilled champagne.



  3. Gently stir to combine.



  4. If desired, drop a fresh raspberry into the glass.



  5. Serve right away and enjoy your festive Kir Royale!


Tropical Frosé

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle rosé wine
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:


  1. Pour rosé into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.



  2. Add frozen fruit, rum, and simple syrup to a blender.



  3. Add half of the frozen rosé cubes to the blender.



  4. Blend until smooth and slushy.



  5. Taste and add more simple syrup if needed.



  6. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime wedges.



  7. Enjoy your tropical frosé!


Scrooge Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon stick and dried cranberries for garnish

Instructions:


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.



  2. Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cranberry juice to the shaker.



  3. Shake well for about 10 seconds.



  4. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.



  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a few dried cranberries.
