- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
Spread pecans evenly in the pie crust.
Pour the mixture over the pecans.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
Let the pie cool before serving.
Pumpkin Pie
You’ll need:
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, and spices in a bowl until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
Lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 more minutes.
Your pie is ready when a toothpick comes out clean.

Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 6 cups sliced apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pie crusts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Add apple mixture.
Dot with butter. Cover with the second crust, seal edges, and cut slits.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.

Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix mashed sweet potatoes and melted butter in a large bowl.
Add brown sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla, and spices. Beat until smooth.
Pour the filling into your unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, until the center is set.

Chocolate Meringue Pie
You’ll need:
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
Bake your pie crust and set aside to cool.
Mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
Gradually whisk in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Remove from heat. Stir a small amount into egg yolks, then add back to the pan.
Cook 2 more minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Pour filling into cooled crust.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Spread meringue over pie filling, sealing to the edges.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool completely before serving.
Mississippi Mud Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar and beaten eggs.
Sift in cocoa powder and add vanilla. Mix well.
Pour filling into the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
Cool completely. Top with whipped cream before serving.
Lemon Icebox Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
Mix in condensed milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour filling into graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Chill pie in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and enjoy your cool, tangy treat!
Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Mix coconut milk, half-and-half, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, and salt in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat and stir in butter, 1 1/4 cups coconut, and vanilla.
Pour filling into cooled pie crust and chill for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining coconut.

Cranberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
Spread cranberries and pecans in the dish. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup sugar.
Mix flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, eggs, almond extract, and salt in a bowl.
Pour the batter over the cranberries.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.

Chess Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Mix sugar, cornmeal, flour, and salt in a bowl.
Add milk, melted butter, vinegar, and vanilla. Stir well.
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.

S’mores Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
Spread chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the crust and chocolate for 5 minutes until chips start to melt.
Remove from oven and top with marshmallows.
Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

French Silk Pie
You’ll need:
- 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each.
Pour filling into cooled crust.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup chopped pecans

Melt the chocolate chips and butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Mix in condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
Fold in 3/4 cup each of coconut and pecans.
Pour the mixture into your pie crust.
Sprinkle the remaining coconut and pecans on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.

Eggnog Pumpkin Pie
You’ll need:
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups eggnog
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Nutmeg to taste
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Trim and flute the edges.
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggnog, sugars, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your prepared crust.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let the pie cool completely before serving.

Gingersnap Sweet Potato Praline Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed gingersnaps
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:

Bake crust at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.

Pear Pie
You’ll need:
- 6 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
Mix pears, sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the crust is golden and filling bubbles.

Cookies & Milk Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into pie crust.
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a pot. Heat until thick.
Beat eggs in a bowl. Slowly add hot milk mixture, stirring constantly.
Pour filling into crust. Chill for 4 hours.

Dark Chocolate-Bourbon Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups pecans
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips evenly in the crust.
In a saucepan, heat brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter until the butter melts.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Whisk eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
Slowly mix the cooled sugar mixture into the egg mixture.
Pour the filling over the pecans and chocolate in the crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the filling is set.

Cranberry Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Macaroon Cherry Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 21 oz cherry pie filling
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 beaten egg
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Mix cherry filling, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Pour into pie crust.
Bake for 20 minutes.
While baking, combine coconut, almonds, sugar, milk, butter, almond extract, and egg for the topping.
After 20 minutes, remove pie and spread topping over cherries.
Lower oven to 350°F and bake for 15-20 more minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack for an hour before serving.

Citrus Cranberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions:
Mix cranberries, sugar, orange zest, and lemon zest in a saucepan.
Add orange and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst.
Mix cornstarch with a little water. Stir into cranberry mixture to thicken.
Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy your tangy, sweet citrus cranberry pie!
Maple Cream Meringue Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix maple syrup, half-and-half, egg yolks, cornstarch, brown sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
Pour into pre-baked pie crust and let cool.
Top with meringue made from leftover egg whites and sugar.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until meringue is golden brown.
Cool completely before serving.
Fruitcake Pie
You’ll need:
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp each: cloves, ginger, nutmeg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix chopped pecans, cherries, dates, and pineapple. Spread in pie crust.
Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, corn syrup, and spices. Mix well.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
Cool before serving. Enjoy your fruitcake pie!
Cookies ‘N’ Cream Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 gallon cookies and cream ice cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Crush 20 Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter.
Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish. Freeze for 1 hour.
Soften ice cream slightly. Spread half over the crust.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons fudge sauce. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ice cream. Drizzle with rest of fudge sauce.
Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top.
Freeze pie for 6 hours or overnight.
Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Slice and top with whipped cream if you like.
Nantucket Cranberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
