Instructions:

Pour in chicken broth. Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
Return shredded chicken to the pot. Add egg noodles.
Cook on high for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
Easy Crockpot Chicken Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place chicken in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, and broth.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
In the last 30 minutes, add frozen peas.
Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the soup.
Stir well and serve hot.
Slow Cooker Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (3-4 lbs)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Place chicken in slow cooker. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
Pour in broth. Add bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken. Shred meat and discard bones.
Return shredded chicken to slow cooker.
Add noodles. Cook on high for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Remove bay leaves. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Best Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, diced

Instructions:

White Bean Chicken Chili
You’ll need:
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cans white beans, drained
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your crockpot.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, cilantro, or tortilla chips.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup
You’ll need:
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2-3 red potatoes, cubed
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add chicken, ham, veggies, mustard, and broth to your crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove 2 cups of potatoes and carrots. Mash them and return to the pot.
Stir in cream and cheese. Cook for 15 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained

- 1 cup red enchilada sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:

Pour in tomatoes, broth, and enchilada sauce.
Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Vietnamese Chicken Meatball Soup With Bok Choy
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 serrano pepper, julienned (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
Mix ground chicken, egg, garlic, ginger, onion, fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Form small meatballs and brown them in a skillet.
Place meatballs in your crockpot.
Add broth, bok choy, carrots, bell pepper, and serrano pepper.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
Chicken And Kale Tortellini Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Place chicken, broth, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, and seasonings in your slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
Return chicken to the slow cooker. Add kale, tortellini, and beans.
Cook for another 30 minutes on low until tortellini is tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting soup!
Thai Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 oz rice noodles
- Lime juice to taste
Instructions:
Mix coconut milk, broth, curry paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar in your crockpot.
Add chicken, garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, add rice noodles to the soup.
Once noodles are tender, stir in lime juice.

Chicken Cassoulet Soup
You’ll need:
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 package smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cans white beans, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place chicken, sausage, beans, veggies, and garlic in your slow cooker.

General Tso’s Stew
You’ll need:
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cubed
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions:
Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes in your slow cooker.
Add chicken, onion, and broccoli. Stir to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot over rice. Enjoy your tasty General Tso’s stew!
Chicken Soup With Beans
You’ll need:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in your crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred it, then return to the pot.

Crockpot Creamy Chicken And Wild Rice Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 diced onion
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add chicken, rice, broth, vegetables, garlic, and herbs to your crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken and shred it. Return to the pot.
In a pan, melt butter and stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk until smooth. Pour into crockpot.
Stir well and cook for 30 more minutes until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Lemon Garlic Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 250g shredded cooked chicken
- 200g cubed potatoes
- 70g chopped carrots
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 diced onion
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add chicken, potatoes, carrots, garlic, lemon zest and juice to your slow cooker.
Pour in broth and add onion, celery, and thyme. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Buffalo Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 onion, diced

- Optional toppings: blue cheese crumbles, green onions

Put chicken, hot sauce, onion, celery, and broth in your slow cooker.

Return chicken to the pot and add cream cheese and cheddar.

Chicken Tortilla Soup
You’ll need:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions:
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
Add tomatoes, beans, corn, onion, and bell pepper.
Pour in chicken broth and add spices.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken and return to the soup.
Serve with tortilla chips on top.
Coconut Curry Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 1 tbsp yellow curry paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Lime and cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Mix coconut milk, broth, curry pastes, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce in a bowl. Pour over chicken.
Add vegetables to the crockpot and stir gently.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred it, then return to the soup.
Stir in brown sugar and adjust seasonings to taste.

Italian Chicken And Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup tortellini
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place chicken, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
Pour in broth and tomatoes. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
Add spinach and tortellini. Cook for 20-30 minutes until pasta is tender.

Southwest Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Instructions:
Place chicken, broth, tomatoes, corn, beans, onion, and garlic in your crockpot.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over ingredients and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
Return chicken to pot and add cream cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
Let soup rest for 10 minutes before serving.

- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 diced onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 zucchinis, grated
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Place chicken, broth, onion, and garlic in your crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken, shred it, then return to the pot.
Add zucchini, lemon juice, zest, orzo, and thyme. Cook for 30 more minutes.
Stir in olive oil and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions:
Place chicken, broth, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, oregano, and basil in your crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
Return chicken to the pot. Add cream and Parmesan cheese.
Stir well and cook for another 30 minutes.
If you want a thicker soup, mix cornstarch with a little cold water and stir it in.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Honey Garlic Chicken Soup
You’ll need:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup green beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place chicken in your slow cooker.
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and broth in a bowl. Pour over chicken.
Add carrots and potatoes. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks.
Add green beans. Cook for 30 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Spicy Chipotle Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
