Tomato Soup
You’ll need:
- 4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: basil or oregano
Instructions:
Add butter to your soup maker and use the sauté function to cook onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Toss in chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth.
Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and herbs if using.
Close the lid and select the smooth soup setting. Cook for 25 minutes.
Once done, carefully open the lid and give it a stir.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Pour into bowls and enjoy your homemade tomato soup!
Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
- 450g mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 potato, cubed
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 250ml milk
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp cream
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except cream to your soup maker.
Fill with water to the minimum line if needed.
Select the smooth setting and start the machine.
When the cycle ends, taste and adjust seasoning.
Stir in cream if using.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade mushroom soup!
Carrot And Coriander Soup
Ingredients:
- 500g carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- Small bunch fresh coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add oil, onion, and garlic to your soup maker. Use the sauté function for 5 minutes.
Toss in chopped carrots, ground coriander, and vegetable stock.
Set your soup maker to “smooth” and let it run its cycle (usually 20-30 minutes).
Once finished, stir in fresh coriander leaves.
Blend again briefly to incorporate the fresh herbs.
Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade carrot and coriander soup!
Leek And Potato Soup
You’ll need:
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your soup maker.
Set the machine to “smooth” and let it run its cycle.
Once done, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy leek and potato soup!
Broccoli And Stilton Soup
Ingredients:
- 300g broccoli florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 750ml vegetable broth
- 100g Stilton cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions:
Add broccoli, onion, garlic, and broth to your soup maker.
Set the soup maker to “smooth” function and cook for 20 minutes.
Once done, add most of the Stilton cheese and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
If using, stir in the cream and heat for a few more minutes.
Pour into bowls and top with remaining Stilton crumbles.
Enjoy your creamy, cheesy broccoli soup!
Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: olive oil for sautéing
Instructions:
Add squash, onion, garlic, thyme, and broth to your soup maker.
Select the “soup” function and let it cook.
When done, carefully open the lid and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade butternut squash soup!
Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your soup maker.
Stir to combine.
Close the lid and select the chunky soup setting.
Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Once finished, carefully open the lid and give it a quick stir.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade vegetable soup!
Pea And Ham Soup
You’ll need:
- 300g frozen peas
- 150g cooked ham, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add onion, potatoes, stock, and peas to your soup maker.
Set to ‘smooth soup’ function.
Once cycle is complete, stir in the shredded ham.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade pea and ham soup!
Lentil Soup
Ingredients:
- 200g red lentils
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Rinse the lentils and add them to your soup maker.
Toss in the onion, carrots, and garlic.
Pour in the vegetable stock.
Add cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid and select the ‘Smooth’ setting.
Let the soup maker run its cycle (about 20-30 minutes).
Once done, carefully open the lid and give it a stir.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade lentil soup!
Roast Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 250g leftover roast chicken, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 900ml chicken stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your soup maker.
Fill with stock up to the maximum line.
Close the lid and select the chunky soup setting.
Let the soup maker run its cycle (about 25-30 minutes).
When finished, carefully open the lid and give it a stir.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade roast chicken soup!
Red Pepper And Chilli Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 1 potato, cubed
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your soup maker.
Fill with hot water to the max line.
Stir gently to mix.
Close lid and select smooth program.
When finished, taste and add more seasoning if needed.
Serve hot with crusty bread or croutons if you like.
Spicy Bean Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed beans
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Soak beans overnight. Drain and rinse.
Add beans and all other ingredients to your soup maker.
Fill with hot water to the line. Stir well.
Close lid and select smooth or chunky setting.
Once cycle is complete, taste and adjust seasonings.
For a partially blended texture, pulse a few times.
Serve hot and enjoy your spicy bean soup!
Apple And Parsnip Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 large parsnips, peeled and chopped
- 2 large apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 potato, peeled and chopped
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Add butter and onion to your soup maker. Cook for 2 minutes.
Put parsnips, apples, and potato in the soup maker.
Pour in the vegetable stock. Add cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid and select the “smooth” setting. Let it run for about 25 minutes.
When done, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy apple and parsnip soup!
Bolognese Pasta Soup
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup small pasta shells
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
Brown the beef in your soup maker. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until veggies soften.
Pour in tomatoes, broth, pasta, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Set your soup maker to “chunky” mode and cook for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
Autumnal Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 leek, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 parsnip, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add leeks, carrots, and parsnip. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic and butternut squash. Cook for another minute.
Pour in broth, tomatoes, and add bay leaf, thyme, and rosemary.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy your cozy autumn soup!
Tomato And Basil Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add olive oil to your soup maker and use the sauté function to cook onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Toss in chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, and basil leaves.
Set your soup maker to the smooth soup setting and cook for 25 minutes.
Once finished, give it a taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Pour into bowls and enjoy your tasty tomato and basil soup!
Chunky Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, corn, green beans)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your soup maker.
Stir to combine.
Close the lid and select the chunky soup setting.
Press start and let the soup maker do its work.
Once finished, carefully open the lid and give it a stir.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy your homemade chunky vegetable soup!
Creamy Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 500ml chicken broth
- 250ml water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions:
Add cauliflower, potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, water, salt, and pepper to your soup maker.
Select the “Smooth” setting and cook for 28-30 minutes.
When done, carefully open the lid and stir in milk and cheese.
Blend again for 30 seconds if needed.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy cauliflower soup!
Sweet Potato And Coconut Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes for heat
Instructions:
Place sweet potatoes, onion, and garlic in your soup maker.
Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, and curry powder.
Set your soup maker to “smooth” and let it run its cycle (about 20-30 minutes).
Once done, taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
If you like it spicy, stir in some chili flakes.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy sweet potato coconut soup!
Thai Coconut Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Bring the chicken stock to a boil in a large pot.
Add chicken, ginger, lemongrass, and lime leaves. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk and fish sauce. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Creamy Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Melt butter in a pot. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Add potato and broth. Simmer until potato is tender, about 10 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Blend the soup until smooth.
Stir in half-and-half. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat through and serve hot.
Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
- 500g pumpkin, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 750ml vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cream for serving
Instructions:
Put pumpkin, onion, garlic, stock, salt, and pepper in your soup maker.
Choose the smooth soup setting and cook for 25 minutes.
When done, give it a quick pulse if needed.
Pour into bowls and add a swirl of cream if you like.
Enjoy your warm, tasty pumpkin soup!
French Onion Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 large onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 cups beef stock
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 4 slices French bread
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Melt butter and oil in your soup maker. Add sliced onions and sugar. Sauté for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Pour in beef stock and wine. Set soup maker to chunky soup setting and cook for 30 minutes.
While soup cooks, toast bread slices and sprinkle with Gruyère cheese.
When soup is done, ladle into bowls. Float cheesy bread on top.
If desired, broil briefly to melt cheese further. Enjoy your homemade French onion soup!
Spicy Tomato And Lentil Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup red lentils
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your soup maker.
Select the chunky soup setting and let it run.
Once finished, taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
Bombay Potato Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot. Add onion and cook until soft.
Stir in garlic, curry powder, and turmeric. Cook for 1 minute.
Add potatoes and stir to coat with spices.
Pour in vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Blend soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
