- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread the stuffing evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle the chopped turkey over the stuffing layer.
Add the shredded cheese on top of the turkey.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mushroom soup, milk, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour this egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
