Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions:

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie
You’ll need:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
To make your smoothie:
- Cut and scoop out the avocado.
- Add all ingredients to your blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Feel free to add ice for a thicker texture. You can also toss in some chia seeds or protein powder for an extra boost.
Mint Chocolate Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:

You’ll need:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
Warm the almond milk in a microwave or on the stove until it’s hot but not boiling.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.

Hot Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
Instructions:
Blend spinach and milk until smooth.
Add banana, honey, cinnamon, and ginger. Blend again.
Pour mixture into a microwave-safe mug. Heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway.

Apple, Elderflower And Pomegranate Hot Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 sweet apple, cored and chopped
- Seeds from half a pomegranate
- 1/2 tablespoon elderflower cordial
- Splash of cold water
- Splash of jasmine tea
Instructions:
Put the apple chunks, pomegranate seeds, and elderflower cordial in your smoothie maker.
Add a splash of cold water and jasmine tea.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Heat the smoothie in a microwave or on the stovetop until warm.
Pour into a mug and enjoy your cozy winter drink!
Oaty Mocha Hot Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Add pear, avocado, almond milk, and honey to your blender.
Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Add ice cubes and blend again until no chunks remain, about 45 seconds.

Chai-Spiced Persimmon Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe persimmon, stem removed
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Add orange segments, cranberries, Greek yogurt, banana, and ice to your blender.
