Instructions

  • Rinse the sloe berries and remove any stems.
  • Pat the berries dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.
  • Spread the berries out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make sure that the berries are not touching each other.
  • Place the tray of berries in the freezer and allow them to freeze for a few hours.
  • Once the berries are frozen, transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag. Squeeze out any excess air before sealing the bag or container.
  • Label the bag or container with the date and return them to the freezer until you’re ready to use them.
